• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure that the clothing is unworn and unwashed.
• Refunds Only: We do not offer exchanges. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.
• How to Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
