4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. International Shipping
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Auspicious Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Restrictions

7. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Auspicious Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at auspiciousliving85@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
